Canadian Thanksgiving Day

This is the weekend that Canada celebrates Thanksgiving.
We're having our family dinner on Monday: turkey and ham, acorn squash, carrots, mashed potatoes with gravy and for those with a hollow leg there's a choice of desserts (apple pie, pumpkin pie and apple crisp with whipped cream).

May your stuffing be tasty
May your turkey be plump,
May your potatoes and gravy
Have never a lump.
May your yams be delicious
And your pies take the prize,
And may your Thanksgiving dinner
Stay off your thighs!
